Uniform shop

Our uniform shop sells everything you need to help our child get ready for the school year. 

Uniform orders are processed on Monday and Thursday each week during term time. Orders submitted with payment details will be delivered to your child's classroom.  Those wishing to pay by EFTPOS or who do not want to leave credit card details will be notified when the order has been processed and will be required to pay on collection of the order at the school office.

Payment methods

Our preferred method of payment is Eftpos and Credit Card.  Please include your card details in the payment section of the order form.  If you wish to pay by Eftpos, payments can only be processed at the Administration Office.

New enrolments

If you are a new family commencing at Barnier, we will continue to open the uniform shop for fittings for new enrolments by appointment. 

Returns and exchanges policy

Exchanges will be accepted within 14 days provided that you have your receipt and garments are returned in original condition together with tags attached and all packaging, or if the school is satisfied that the garment has a manufacturing fault.  Please check all garments for faults before removing tags. When exchanging garments, if the cost payable for the requested garments/items exceeds the cost of the returned garments/items, further payment for the difference is required. If the exchange is for a garment of a lower price, a Uniform Shop Credit Note will be issued for the balance. Half Price Polo Shirts cannot be exchanged under any circumstances nor are they eligible for issue of credit notes. No exchanges will be made on hats, hair accessories or tights for health reasons.

Refunds

Please choose carefully as refunds will not be given for change of mind or change in personal circumstances.

Credit note terms and conditions

  • Uniform Shop Credit Notes are not transferable.
  • Uniform Shop Credit Notes can only be redeemed for Uniform Shop purchases and must be attached to the uniform order form for which it is being redeemed.  Uniform Shop Credit notes cannot be redeemed after the uniform order has been processed.
  • The total value of the Uniform Shop Credit Note must be used in one transaction.
  • If upon redeeming your Uniform Shop Credit Note, the cost payable for the purchased garments/items exceeds the credit note vale, further payment for the difference is required.
  • Uniform Shop Credit Notes are valid for 12 months from the issue date noted on the Credit Note and will not be accepted after the expiry date.  Expiry dates cannot be extended.  It is the responsibility of the named recipient to redeem the Uniform Shop Credit Note before the expiry date.
  • Only original Uniform Shop Credit Notes will be accepted. Copies will not be accepted.
  • Uniform Shop credit notes will not be accepted if altered or defaced.
  • Uniform Shop Credit Notes will not be replaced if altered, defaced, lost or stolen.  It is the responsibility of the named recipient to keep the Uniform Shop Credit Note safe and in good condition.
  • Uniform Shop Credit Notes are not redeemable for cash and are non-refundable.
